Game crashes when entering/buying from furniture store

• Reproduction Steps: While playing, it does not matter how long I have been playing for in one session or the in-game time of day, I can enter the furniture store and it will either crash upon entering or it crashes when I try to open the shops menu to buy from them.

• Repro Rate: This has happened 5 times over the past few days now.

• Game Platform: Steam on PC

• Game Version: v1 .2b- 1244

• Input Mode: Keyboard and mouse

• Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core, 3000 Mhz, 8 Core, 16 Logical Processor

• System Type: x64-based PC

• Installed RAM: 16.0 GB

I can't even buy the furniture lol. It occurs when I enter the store or when I am trying to open the menu to make a purchase.

Could you describe a bit more about what you were doing right before going to the furniture shop?
And does the crash also happen if you go straight to the furniture shop without doing any other activities first?

Also, just to confirm—are you using any mods or third-party apps?

When I got the screen recording, I did nothing beforehand and just went straight to the shop to see if it would happen (which it did). The other times, I can't remember exactly what I was doing, but know that I had been playing for a while, typically cleaning the sea or mining. and I have a mod for basic items to have a higher selling price.

I'm also having the same issue consistently with the online shopping (save report attached) or entering the shop menu in the furniture store. I remember early in this save, like first week of spring, I was able to open the furniture store once, so the crash started happening after progress was made in the game. I haven't removed mods yet, I'll do so under a different save file so I don't mess up this save on accident, but it doesn't matter what I do before opening either menu. I ran straight from bed to the computer and store and yield the same crash. Thank you in advance!

If it's helpful, when I start the new save file sans mods, I can attempt every day until I hit a crash/report if the crash would happen on day 1 of accessing the store.
