[PC/Co-op Bug] Town Ledger Missing - Cannot Change Money Style Mid-Game

2. Host Username: Toxicomagic
3. Save File Status: Existing Mid-game Save (Summer Season)
4. Issue Description:
   I am the Host of an existing Co-op game session. We currently have the Money Style set to Separated Money, and we wish to switch it to Shared Money.
5. Steps Taken (Troubleshooting):
   I attempted to change the setting in the Main Menu Co-op options, but it did not apply to the existing save file. I have thoroughly searched the Mayor's House (Connor's House) in all public areas (main room, kitchen/dining area). I also checked the Community Center.
   The Town Ledger (the small interactive book/podium used to change Co-op settings) is either completely missing or uninteractable in our game world.

Expected Outcome: The Host should be able to interact with the Town Ledger in the Mayor's House to change the Money Style mid-game.

Request: Could a developer or moderator please advise on the location of the Town Ledger in the current patch, or confirm if this is a known bug that prevents us from switching to Shared Money?
