#Pets are stuck

Hi since the update I have experienced issues with my pets they are stuck at the front of my house after I leave my house each morning and they just sit there don't wander around if anything anymore, they just have angry marks above their heads and they will be there all day until I go to bed basically 🙁

Bug - pets are stuck in same position each day after leaving my house, they walk out to the same spot each day and stay there with angry marks on their heads until the evening and they return to the house.

This has happened every in game day since the update.

I play on PlayStation 5 the version is v1. 2b-1244 and I use a controller.

I have the same situation since the update.
Windows 11
Build version: v1.2b-1244

I noticed this first in another save with two pets. It's the same with this save as well. Second image shows that the chests are not the issue. I removed them and the next day my pet still gets stuck. I'm talking with a friend who is playing right now and her pets also get stuck. They're on PC as well, Windows 10, same build:v1.2b-1244

Oh and the chest that was the most directly behind my pet, I can't put it back. Sawee, of course, roams freely.

I've had the same issue as this thread.

Reproduction is simple, i turn on the game and as soon as the pets step outside to go outside they all file into one section in front of the house.
it happens every day in game
game platform is PC
game version v1.2b-1244
input mode is a combination of controller and keyboard (As i find somethings easier to do with one than the other at different times in the game)

and some things i've attempted to do to fix the situation

  • I do have a mod, however i tried the game with and without it and nothing changed
  • i removed all of the chests at the front part of my house, it didn't change anything
  • i attempted to talk to the pets to see if i could get them to move from the section
  • i also had essence extractors that i moved just in case that was the issue, it was not.

i have the Luna, Frankie and Fizz, i am into my 2nd year summer and i noticed this issue only after the latest big update

I haven't attempted to put the chests back as i've just changed the set up and it's a hassle to move them and all of the stuff in them -w-b
