When I try to get 3 items of Funguys collaboration in the mail, I only receive clothes and the box and pet go back to the mailbox saying they are full of inventory....My inventory is definitely not full

As wecouldtalk stated. Remove the mods. Mods are not supported and will cause issues. Just remove the mods, get ur stuff then turn them back on
