Missions won't trigger (same issue on both)

I play on steam, the problem has been happening since before the update made this week, use keyboard and mouse.

I've been trying for a few weeks now to make one of those 2 missions happened but no success. I noticed that the task about visiting the places (last task btw) the missions happened triggered, so maybe that was the problem. In the video you can see that I have all items necessary but the tasks don't show as complete since I already went to the place the missions asks.

By the way, have you tried going to both Gong and Cho Oyu to give them the quest item like this? 😮
