I've had 3 wild seed plots that have been growing since spring of the first year. Despite watering them, they haven't advanced to the next growth stage. Ive finally unlocked the architect desk and have moved them around, but I dont know how to permanently remove them. Are there some sort of seeds that take months to grow?

No, something is wrong there. If you planted them in spring, it's either turnip or lettuce. You'd get either pretty quickly. when you right click on it, what does it tell you?

are you 100% sure it's seeds planted there, and not just fertilizer on the empty plot?

100% positive it's a wild seed pot. I can't plant anything else over it.
Is the a way fo remove them?

What would the "right click" option do?
The "modern" controls on ps5 are pretty limited, like the slow walk/plant in a line option doesn't work, so it's pretty clunky.

on pc if you click on the patch while not holding a tool, it tells you what is planted there and how much longer until it's ready
