During the Spooky Festival, I activated the Parade. All Datables in the cutscene were in their costumes as expected, but Raj was not and was wearing their regular fall clothes. Before and after the cutscene, Raj is in their costume as expected.
Repro Rate: Every Time the cutscene is triggered.
