Missing wedding scene

In our multiplayer save file the player Lucy was supposed to marry Wakku on Winter 11 however we restarted the game that morning because we were experiencing issues with lag and missing npc's the previous day. Once we started the game back up the notification for the wedding never proceed and the scene does not happen.
