During the dialogue of this event I noticed that Charles starts talking for a really long time and almost all of his dialogue seems to be a response to comments that the player was supposed to make, but the dialogue choices for us never comes up. He just gives every possible response one after the other. Specifically it's once he starts talking about the AD that Scott put up to get him a date.
No one else seems to have mentioned it, and even the people recording Charles' events on the coral island fandom wiki seemed to think this was just how the dialogue was meant to be. It makes it seem like he's briefly lost his mind honestly, lol
I've attached a screen shot of the wiki page because it shows the exact dialogue that's in game, rather than attaching a ton of screenshots of all of Charles' speech bubbles or restarting the entire day to record his hangout event 💀
