Duplicating tools and disguise wanted bug

I have two problems. When retrieving tools from the bedroom in underwater farm, it creates a duplicate of my tools. So now I have multiple of the same tools that cannot be deleted or sold, even if I upgrade one of them. The second problem is with the disguise wanted quest, I have given Gong all the needed items except for wools. I cannot give him wools as there is no option to complete the quest, instead everytime I give him flower it always says "give item to complete quest".
