Hello @grim crystal,
I’m really sorry to hear about the crash, and thank you so much for taking the time to report it! 🙏
Could you let us know which in-game date the issue happened on?
Also, since you mentioned that the time of day doesn’t seem to matter, have you tried entering Level 26 on other in-game days as well — and does the crash still happen each time?
Thank you for reaching out. The crash has happened several times. Most recently today. I’ve stopped trying after a while, but the original crash happened on 11/6/25.
I’ve tried restarting, making sure the game was up-to-date, and I’ve tried on different days and it continues to crash only when attempting to reach level 26.
I see — that sounds really frustrating, and I’m really sorry it’s been happening repeatedly. 🙇♀️
Did the hole to the next level appear when you broke the rocks manually?
And before heading into the mines, did you do any other activities like donating items, fishing, or anything else in-game?
It’s okay.
Yes, the hole to the next level appeared after breaking the rocks manually. I’ve done a variety of things each time it crashed. But I found that no matter what I did it still crashed. I thought it was my PlayStation but soon realized it was the level specifically. I’ve gone straight to the cavern after going to sleep and it would still crash.
Got it, thank you so much for explaining! Have you tried crafting a rope and using it to go down to Level 26 directly instead of breaking the rocks?
I just tried using the rope and unfortunately it still crashed. I’m trying to upload the video but it’s giving me a hard time.
I also tried just walking to the cavern and not using the fast travel option and both times the game crashed.
Thank you so much for trying those steps and keeping us updated — really appreciate it. 🙏
I’m sorry to hear the crash still happens even with the rope and walking to the cavern.
In the meantime, I’ll relay all of this to the team so they can look deeper into it.
If anything else comes up or you notice any pattern, feel free to let us know!
I appreciate it, thank you!
Hi there! The team would like to ask one more thing — do you remember the in-game date when this crash first happened?
And on that same day, could you share your general in-game activities if you still remember?
For example, did you happen to go to the Mines at nighttime?
Hi! The crash first happened on 11/6. Unfortunately, I can’t recall what time of day it was.
Ahh, we meant your in-game date — was it around Spring 10 or Spring 20, and in Year 1 or Year 2? :0
Hehe. 🤭 I don’t know all the specifics but I do know it was still year 1. I just can’t recall which season or in-game date. If my memory serves me correctly, I don’t think it was in spring. This is my first time playing so I didn’t get to the earth cavern as quickly. I’m sorry I can’t recall all the specifics.
Hi. I started a new file a few days ago because I wanted to test it out and I experienced the same crash. Spring 23 in the morning on year 1. Same level 26. Not sure if this will help.
Ahh, it's okay — thank you again for testing it with a new save. I'm really sorry to hear the crash still happened.
When it happened in the new file, did you tap “Accept and Report” on the PlayStation crash window?
If yes, could you let us know what description you wrote in that report?
What you wrote there + the timestamp will really help the team track down the crash on our end.
If you have a moment, could you also share your Error History for the newest crash?
Sorry again for the trouble, and thank you so much for your patience and help! 🙏
Hi! When it crashed yesterday it didn’t give me the option to submit a report. I just tried it again today and was prompted to submit a report. I’ve attached the screenshot.
This was just a minute ago.
Thank you so much for the confirmation and for sending the new crash report — really appreciate it! I’ve relayed this to the team right away for further checking.
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience, and we’re hopeful this can be resolved soon. If there are any updates, or if the team needs additional info later, we’ll reach out again.
