Hi
I've been having problems with FPS drops, especially when I go to the beach area. It used to run normally. I've already updated my video card, minimized the graphics, and it didn't solve the problem.
Here are my PC specifications:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-10110U CPU @ 2.10GHz (2.59 GHz)
Installed RAM 20.0 GB (usable: 19.8 GB)
Device ID 8665AB9E-1D23-4318-97E2-E4817505EE52
Product ID 00327-30915-36047-AAOEM
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Hi @analog lynx , thank you for reaching out to us! Could you let us know which platform you're playing from (Steam PC/Deck, Xbox PC/S/X, PlayStation 5) and what your current version of the game is?

# analog lynx I'm playing on Steam PC and the version is 1.2-1243

Thanks for providing us with more details! When you play again, could you share your GPU details along with your in-game graphics settings? A quick screenshot of your settings would be perfect—just drop it here when you can.

Also, could you please record a short video of the issue happening? It would really help if the FPS counter is visible on your screen so we can get a clearer picture of what’s going on Llama_Saranghae_Emoji

Thanks for sending over the extra info! Could you also let us know when the FPS drop usually happens—like if it only occurs in certain areas or during specific activities? Any details you can share will help us narrow things down 😉

I verified the integrity of the files and also reinstalled the game. These lags started with update 1.2

Just a heads-up—your current GPU (Intel(R) UHD Graphics) is an integrated graphics card, and Coral Island really works best with a dedicated GPU. Using a GPU that’s not quite strong enough can lead to issues like crashes, missing visuals, or other performance problems, so that might be what you’re running into.

If you’d like to double-check what the game needs, you can take a look at the full system requirements on our Steam page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1158160/Coral_Island/

If you don't have access to a PC with a dedicated graphics card, you might still be able to play, but things could be a bit unstable. Lowering all your graphics settings to the minimum and closing other background apps can help a little, though it may not completely fix the issue.

It’s time to leave big-city life in Pokyo behind and start a new chapter of your life on Coral Island!…

Just to double-check the issue, could you send us a screenshot of your Task Manager’s Performance tab while you’re running Coral Island? You can open it by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc, then clicking on the Performance tab.

Once you’re in the Performance tab, please check if you see a GPU 1 section. If it’s there, click on it and send us a screenshot of the full window. If you don’t see GPU 1, you can send a screenshot of GPU 0 instead. After it’s open, just grab a screenshot of the whole window and send it here so we can take a look.

We really appreciate your patience and cooperation while we continue to investigate this. Thank you so much! 🙌
