I donated a few things to the museum and went to check the ranking and then quickly existed out of it before it finished doing its little update and then this chiming started and did not stop. It persisted through cut scenes and fast traveling. I havent found if it will continue to the next day yet (i wanna finish my chores and such before sleeping, but I will update once I find out)
