Good day, I am having an issue with marrying Mark in the game. I have completed all 10 heart events but the record is saying i must complete heart event 9B. (i have a level 3 house and the diamond ring.) i have tried closing out the game and validating my files. I'm not sure what else to do! Help me! thanks in advance

That's a hangout you need to do, yes
See how it says the available event is a hangout?

it tells you there that it's a hangout, so you just need to go ask them out. Just remember there's only 2 a week and you can't do a hangout on a festival day
