Game freezes every time you buy something in shroom shop

Reproduction Steps: Open shroom shp and buy anything freezes the game for a second
Repro Rate: Every time I bought something

Extension, also happens in sanctuary pond, did not happen in potatobot

Aaand I just decided to try on steam deck too and the same issue persists, I have an Oled model of the steam deck

On both attempts before starting a run, I can try doing a run and trying after

After further testing issue persists even after run

Might be a general Linux problem. I noticed about a 1 to 4 second delay as well after purchasing mushroom shop upgrades while playing under Linux.

Yea except this is happening to me on windows pc+steam deck

hmm, OK, so it's a cross platform thing, both Linux and Windows

that's actually kind of a good thing, it suggests it's a common problem with the code itself and not something weird in the underlying drivers
