Could you let us know in-game date when you try to upgrade underwater seed and the crash happened?

Also, could you share your save file here?

You can find it by copy and paste this into your File Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames.

Then, compress the SaveGames folder in a zip. file and attach it here. This way, the team will be able to check your save and backup files. Thank you!

Hey @misty void it has happened the same day as this save file. But when I upgrade it again it doesn't persist. It's only happened twice so far, so it doesn't seem to be a presistant bug. At least for me

Ahh, I see. To help us narrow it down, could you share a bit more about what was happening in-game right before the crash?

  • What in-game activities were you doing when the issue happened?
    (For example: Did you recently collect ocean items, upgrade anything, complete quests, interact with kiosks, etc.?)

  • Did you notice any differences between the times it did crash vs. the times it didn’t crash?
    Even small differences might help us identify the trigger.

Any extra detail you remember can help the team track this down more accurately.

Thanks for getting back to me, I am afraid I don't remember. Most likely I recently farmed my underwater plants, teleported to the mermaid location, swam to the oracle.

Maybe I clicked too fast as soon as the menu opened?

Hard to know sorry
