A friend and I are trying to play together. I cannot connect to multiplayer with her, nor can I host (or even start) a multiplayer game. Every time I try to open/host a multiplayer session, I get the following message.
"The connection to the host was lost. The host may have gone offline or disconnected unexpectedly." (I am the host?)
All rules are properly set to allow the Coral Island application through my personal firewall. (Same settings I use for all/other multiplayer games - 7 Days to Die, Palworld, Empyrion, etc.)
I can play my single-player game just fine, no issues. When I try to join my friend's hosted multiplayer and enter the multiplayer invite code, I simply get "Session not found."
My friend and I have been trying to play together since October 11. We had hopes that the connection issue would be resolved after the last big patch, but this is an entirely new problem. (Back then, I could at least load/start a multiplayer game, unlike today.)
And no, I don't have videos of the above problems.
