#PS5 shuts down

Hi, so I've gotten to the point where I'm on year 4, completing the guardian murals. My PS5 has started to shut down on its own after I save the game three times (so going through three days in game). I haven't figured out why and it's only happening when I play coral island.

I love this game so much but I'm so sad that I have to stop cause of the involuntary shutdown of my console. I don't know what to do. I made sure it wasn't overheating, I checked my settings, I cleared up storage, but it's still happening

  • Did the PS5 shutdown happen all three times right after completing the Guardian Murals offering?

  • Were you completing one of the Guardian offerings or all of them during those sessions?

I completed three out of the four guardians that I needed, and yes, it's very frustrating, It would shut down randomly once the town rank s quest popped up for me too, so I can only do a couple days in game before everything blacks out and forces it off. And Thank you guys for creating such a lovely game 🩷

Could you please confirm a few things for us?

  • Which 3 Guardians have you completed (Master Slime, King Tan, Pandazen, or Lady Lavanna)?
  • Did you submit all the offering ingredients for those 3 at once or separately?
  • For the crash when the Town Rank S quest popped up, did it happen right after it appeared or later when you went to sleep and saved the game?

The only one I haven't completed was king Tan, I did it all separately, I believe it happened after I completed at least 3 or four of the attractions

Really sorry to hear it’s still crashing, that must be frustrating.
