#Crashed and lost all progress from spring 1st to fall 27

  1. I'm playing on PS5
  2. played my day as usual, search for some material, and I'm about to go to sleep at around 01.00 am in game, to save my game, and the game just crashed, closed, and my save file change to 1st spring, with 0 cash.
  3. I've been on the same issue once back then, this is the 2nd times on this month
  4. my game play on 26 Fall

I already try to upload my saves, and sync my saves from cloud. Reinstall coral island, but nothing seems work. Please help me fixe it.

Just noticed that you’ve shared this report in a few of our other channels as well.
Since based on your screenshot it looks like the issue happened after a crash in single-player mode, we’ll keep the discussion here in this thread and close the others to avoid duplicates. 🙏

I’m really sorry again for your lost save file — I know it must be super frustrating to lose all that progress. 🙇‍♀️

Based on your screenshot, it seems there’s a backup save for Summer 12 — have you tried opening that backup save file yet?

Hi, I read about same kind of trouble on XBOX in this thread, yesterday:

And tried the solution you guys wrote, and it worked out for my game on PS5 too. I think everyone who play on console and experience the same issue can try this method.

  • Go to Settings and set Show Backup to "Yes."
  • Start a new game and play until the opening cutscene is finished.
  • Return to the main menu and go to the save list.
  • Toggle Show Backup (bottom left of your screen) to see if the backup appears.

We’d also like to gather a bit more info about the previous crash before your save file went missing — could you confirm the following?

  • Do you recall what in-game activities you did on that day? Anything you remember will help! (Since you mentioned gathering materials, did you spend most of the day mining?)

  • How many in-game days did you play during that session?

  • After the crash happened, did you submit a crash report through your PS5? If yes, do you remember roughly when (real-life date and time)?

  • I was about to end the day 26 fall, the next day 27 fall already pop up with all the products I sold. And the 'game saved' was obout to pop up but suddenly the game crashed and closed.

  • I played about a week in game days

  • yes I submit crashed report, on Saturday, November 9th around 12.00 am
