Black market shop not working

Hello!

I play on PS5 and the black market shop is not working. The boat is there but there is no prompt for the shop.

I tried fast traveling and come back, I tried to go in the lighthouse and come back like some said online but nothing works.

I tried Tuesday Thursday and Friday night. Sometime at 8pm sometimes at 9pm but nothing works I can’t access the shop.

Could you please assist me?

she also opens up a shop at the pier in the mornings of those same days tho, might be worth checking

The shop at the dock in front of raj coffee in the morning I can access but nobody is here
