Can`t connect to Multiplayer Farm

My Friend can not connect to our Multiplayer Farm. We have played 60 Hours on our farm and after the first year was over we stopped playing. And one week later i can host our farm, but my friend cant connect to our farm. Not with the invitation code and not via steam invitation.

Everytime we try to connect the game said: "Session not found".

We have the newest game and steam update, restart game and Computers multiple times. I try to play one day alone on our farm and restart then. Nothing worked for us. It is frustrating. Plz help!!!

It has a template! Every bit of the info helps the devs out in fixing the issue! Please note that the use of mods or any type of file alteration and the devs can not assist you!
