#2nd player unable to drop items

Reproduction Steps (Explain the steps leading to the issue you are experiencing),
I'm hosting on PC, friend joins me from Xbox. I can drop items with no issue using RT (on controller). They can see the option to drop, but nothing happens when they press the drop button

No idea if it worked in previous versions. We just found out you could drop items 😅

She's on xbox, so she doesn't see Controller Style. She's on the Modern layout though.

As for what item, She's tried to drop a flyer and a butterfly so far, so it seems like no item is "droppable" even though the option/button is available

So strange.. It's now letting her drop items 😅
