I have two children in the game. The first child had a name, but after the second child arrived, my first child lost her name. In addition, her appearance has changes since the last patch.

Can you tell me when your second child arrived? Did it happen after the v1.2-1243 update? 😮
In the meantime, you can temporarily resolve it by manually renaming your child at the Community Center 📝

My second child was born shortly after the last major update. So the bug has been around for a while, but I haven't gotten around to reporting it until now.

Ah, the last major update, that would be when we released the Multiplayer and Romance Update back in August. Can you confirm if you’ve played since that major update, or is this your first time playing again after it? 🙂

Also, may I know which platform you’re playing on?

I have been actively playing since the update and I play on PC via Steam.

Ah noted, thanks for the info! 📝 Yeah you can manually rename your baby at the Community Center, and that should fix the issue
