When I tried to donate the green sawfish to the museum it will not allow me to. It’s says it is missing in my caught menu, however on the item menu it shows donated and on the donation page will not allow me to donate it. I had donated one before but it did not take.

Got it! Could you please record a quick video showing your attempt to submit it for donation, as well as the journal where the green sawfish is missing? Even a simple phone recording is perfectly fine and will help us look into the issue further

Thanks for sending in the video! Could you let us know the in-game and real-world date when you first caught the green sawfish? Along with that, could you also share the in-game and real-world date when you first tried to donate the green sawfish but the attempt failed?

I think the first time I caught it in game was year two winter 16 ish and that would’ve been around october 2024. I tried to donate the first time around then as well

When you get a chance, could you try using the Slime of Transmutation to increase the quality of the Green Sawfish, then see if you’re able to donate it afterward? If you can, a quick video of the attempt would be super helpful for us to take a closer look

I can not get the screenshot to show up in my app to download and send however when you hover over the item in inventory it does say donated

not a dev, but I don't see the issue here. The fish is marked as "donated" and that's why you can't donate it to museum. If the museum collection states that you are missing some fish, you can go to the journal and sort by undonated and see what you're missing.
Can you send in a photo of museum collections and your journal where it's sorted by Undonated.
