Viewing animal card makes game pause

Description:
When host opens animal by right clicking it to inspect happiness etc the game freezes for a non-hosting player

Reproduction Steps:
As a host open animal card and look at the game from P2 perspective

Repro Rate:
Every time

Doesn't matter

Two players, both on PC, Steam

It doesnt show the information box that the game is paused. It acts like paused just without information message about it
