Hi, today I bought your game on steam and while loading it crashes everytime with this error, how do I fix it so I can play the game? Thank you, I'm really looking forward to play your game :-))

Please look into it, I was checking a few videos on utube about how to fix it and with no luck - I updated my drivers, switched to admin mode on the game, also tried to force directx 11 or 12 in the steam setting and some more options I cant remember.. nothing worked.. all the other games on steam are running just okay.. I was thinking maybe my windows 10 support for updates expired and is no longer supported as they say so it might be the problem? I dont really know anymore, thank you further for any help,
