Unhappy Shellucks in winter

I had unhappy shellucks in winter. they had sad faces. they had auto petter and auto feeder and thought they had the heater but realised they didn't. when putting heater in, it did not improve. they were fed. if i left them in the pen they were unhappy. mermoo and other animals also similar were happy if kept in barn or free to swim the ocean. am in spring 10 now but as soon as spring 1 happened they were happy little vegemites.

Also, when you placed the temperature machine, was it during Winter? Have you tried sleeping and then checking the next day in Winter to see if their mood changes from bad to happy? 😮

yes it was winter and their mood did not change til spring. and just a question is Dinda the carpenter named after you. that would be so cool if it was
