No Undersea Animal Products After Crash

• Reproduction Steps When I experience a crash and have to restart the day my undersea animals won't give milk and ink that day (wifi turned off on PS5 - still crashes intermittently). On playthrough on that day prior to crash the animals gave products. Also happens if game is closed out on the next day.

To help us investigate the crash, could you please describe your in-game activities right before it occurred?

Also, did you happen to submit a crash report when it happened, or do you have any video of the crash by any chance?

Just business as usual prior to last crash. The PS5 generated a crash report.

Thank you for the update! Did you choose "Accept and Report" when the crash prompt appeared?

Also, could you share a bit more about the crash itself so we can check further?

When exactly did the crash happen — for example, was it right after sleeping, while underwater, or when collecting the animal products?

Yes I chose accept and report. The crash happened during the day when I ws on land. I go to the undersea ranch first which is how I knew there were animal products that day. This was not just one crash; there's been several and the undersea animals do not give products that day when it replays. If I close out of the game after I sleep, the next day when I restart there are also no animal products. If all is going well (no crashes), the undersea animals give daily products.

Do you happen to include any explanation in the “Explain the problem” field before submitting the report to PS5?

From your comment, that info would really help us speed up the process and locate your crash report.

Just to confirm — the crash always happens on land, not underwater, right?
And did it occur in the evening, around 5–7 PM by any chance?

I did not see any "Explain the Problem" field, sorry. Yes, the crashes are happening on land. Please note the issue also occurs if I close out the game. It seems that any closing of the game triggers the undersea animals to not give products so I do not think the problem is solely related to crashes. I did not notice the time of day for the crashes but I can say with certainty that most of the day had passed when each crash occurred.

We just released a new hotfix (v1.2-1234) — could you please let us know if the issue with undersea animals not producing items after a crash or closing the game is still happening in the latest version?

Sorry for the late response - haven't been on Playstation to find out. Unfortunately, the answer is no. The undersea animals are still not giving animal products. And yes; this is still happening after the latest hotfix.
