Washed out colours after latest hotfix

Reproduction Steps: After updating my game with the latest Hotfix all the colours are suddenly a lot less vibrant
Repro Rate: Always
Game Platform: Steam on my PC
Game Version: v1.2-1242
Input Mode: Keyboard and mouse

the colours are definitely less saturated

I especially noticed with the flowers

I also noticed that many light sources at night aren't glowing anymore or are a lot darker than before
