Hey. I opened the PS5 game and on the initial screen when the character changes clothing, it is my land character. When I zoom in it changes to my mermaid character and stays that way for the top 3 icons on the left side of the changing screen. When I reach the 4th icon it changes back to my land character. I did notice that my mermaid has lost the top I purchased and is wearing the basic one now. I went to the underwater barn and found that the underwater animals were all giving products, so at least that appears to be fixed. Hope this helps.

Hey. I posted another (maybe) bug earlier today and it has my game save attached. Look at the bug report for "Audio Bug?". If that doesn't help you, let me know and I'll do a video and send it.

The mermaid form thing happens on both platforms. I first noticed it on my PS5 game and then after I got to a mermaid form in my Steam game I found that the the mermaid form shows up there also when I am changing outfits on land. I'll do a video a little later. I am going buggy about the chuckling noise tho - not something the team did???

I want to send you a video from my Steam game also which does the same thing. As before, need guidance on how to send. I do use the same PS Dual-Sense controller for both PS5 and Steam.

When I toggle the right stick UP while I am in the changing menu my mermaid form will appear. Alternatively, if I move my cursor to the left side of the screen showing the clothing options, and hilight the icon in the middle which looks like a person's head perched above a torso, my mermaid form will appear.

Hi there! I’m also part of the team and just wanted to clarify that you can switch between both merfolk and human forms while changing your wardrobe. Each form has three different zoom levels, so you can take a closer look at the clothing and see the details more clearly 😉
We’ve also included a video to show how the zoom option works. You should be able to use the right stick to scroll back down to the human form, since in your video, the selection seems to jump straight to the merfolk form when zooming in.
Could you please try this and let us know what happens on your end? Based on the video you shared, it looks like you exited the wardrobe after zooming in, so we just want to make sure we’re understanding what the issue is 🙇♂️
