The quest specifically said to bring it to him between 5 PM and 8 PM, but I tried giving it to him right at 5 PM and several times since Fall year 1 around that time (now it is Spring year 2) it never gave me the “Give” option to finish the quest. The only option was “Gift,” so I gave it as a gift… and he said EW, lmfao
