Hi, I'm playing on Steam on PC. I've been checking for the black market for the past couple of in-game weeks now on Tues, Thurs, and Fri, and she doesn't arrive. I've tried arriving via fast travel, walking, or going in and out of the lighthouse. I'm currently in Winter Year 2. My game version is v.1.2 1242 and I've attached my save file 🙂 I know this was fixed in the bug fix update but I think I have the most recent update. Thank you!
