regrowth crop still give last season products
in the picture this same spot used to be a soybean (spring)

I think you just forgot to empty the harvester from you last soy bean harvest. Your UI says it’s summer day 5 and the initial growth period for bell peppers is 8 days. You shouldn’t have had harvestable bell peppers yet, it doesn’t look like you used any fertilizer on them.. After the initial growth period they regrow every 4 days.
