Since the latest hot fix, the graphics of certain tiles have changed, and two definitely appear to be glitched because pieces are missing.
These two are: Party Tile, Kosan Path
The Hay Floor Tile also became really small, and I hope that this is a bug and not what the tile is meant to look like from now on.
Pictures of how the three tiles appear now are attached.

I'm happy to share that the fix for the outdoor floor tiles issue has now been released. 
Please update the game to apply the fix.

@fossil pawn I have been playing in the latest patch and noticed I am still getting the party tile glitch. Weirdly it only happens at certain angles, you can see in the two screen shots that the tiles appear fine at a distance and when my character moves closer to them the grass middle disappears.

Apologises for the delayed response, I have been unwell. The glitch is no longer popping in an out of my save, the grass is just permanently missing now. I did have a play around with the settings and noticed it seems to be tied to the Plants setting under the Display options. The inner grass is missing when on the high setting, but is visible on the Medium setting. Here is a clip in case that helps.
