Wrong Weapons Stance (while idle and moving)

Title: weapon stance and moving is like holding regular item
Reproduction Steps: Happen directly when selecting the weapons on toolbars, all of the 4 weapons.
Repro Rate: every time, at any location of the map.
Game Platform: Steam, PC
Game Version: V1.2-1242.
Input Mode: Keyboard+mouse and Controller. I use both simultaneously.

although the attack animation is working fine, but that holding weapon stance is weird.
