Unreal engine crash after day 11 Winter when completing the quest "Heal the Coral Tree"

Hello! Every time I complete the day and I go to sleep the game crashes right before saving.

Reproduction Steps: I go on about the day as normal, tend to my animals, chat with some neighbors, activate Surya 7 hearts event, process some chests and then I go underwater and complete the "Heal the Coral Tree" quest. Then when I get back to sleep the game crashes right before saving.

Repro Rate: Happens every time I have tried it, I do the same and it always crashes.

In-Game Date & Time: 11 Winter, Year 1

Platform: Single player on Steam.

Game Version: V 1.2 - 1242

Input Mode: Keyboard & Mouse

PC Specs:

• i9-13900K
• 64 Gb RAM
• RTX 4080 SUPER

Hi! I'll try to record it after work today, i did use a mod when i started the save but removed it a little after starting

Ah, I see! could you try removing them first and see if that helps fix the issue?

Yes I removed them a while ago, but still the crash persist
