Multiple text-errors in luke 3 heart event

It's me again :). First: Thank you for your fast response and your awesome game ❤️

Reproduction Steps
In-game date: 20th spring year 2
Enter the socket and pan around 09:00–17:00 (3-heart event with luke).
Language is set to german

1. the placeholder replacement for the portraits seems it doesnt work
2. also walter seems to enter the building before the doorbell rings
3. i get the doorbell-notification in a textbox - but after this luke makes the doorbell-noise again

i can't provide the backup-save-folder - this is a backup save 🙁
I took a screenshot and wanted to report it

Repro Rate: everytime
Game Platform: Steam, PC Windows 11

I have the same issue, when I opened mail box. same platform.

Also when mining, the text balloon didn't show up when the buff of tools enchanment is activated.
I have two enchanments for my pickaxe, Rare drop and Extra Drop.
