Cherry blossom festival not progressing.

Friends and I are playing multiplayer, we've had multiple crashes over the last 2 days. And currently our host of the save is stuck and we literally can't leave the festival. The cutscene didn't load for one player, and now someone is stuck like this.
We've had to replay the same day every time since yesterday because of crashes and now this. It's very depressing and exhausting to do this over and over and over again.

Any help on how to prevent these bugs and just wishing to overall report them is all we can ask for.

Title: as said, can't progress Spring Cherry Blossom Festival.
Recreation steps: Multiplayer, start main event of festival. One player, host of save, got stuck on screen that I will include screenshot of.
Repo Rate: it's happened 2/2 times and couples with multiple days worth of game crashes, it is under stable exhausting.
In game time is just the Spring Festival, stasised time.
Players and platforms: 2 on PS5, 2 on PC/steam. Host is on steam.
Version 1.2 for all of us.
Input mode is controlled for 3 of us, 1 Keyboard and Mouse.

That is all the information I have. Host is frustrated and went for a walk to calm themselves down.

And when you mentioned the Host getting stuck, could you clarify if they got stuck on a black screen or if the game simply freezes? 🤔

Sure! All of us were watching the initial cutscene where Judge Ross eats the soup. But suddenly one person, one of the PS5 players was booted from the cutscene. We were all able to move about after, except the Host, who was stuck on a screen that is the screenshot provided above.

There were no issues today up until this point where they were stuck on the aforementioned screen and screenshot provided.

Ah, noted! Could you recall what each player was doing before going to the festival as well and at what in-game time did you go to the festival?

3 were fishing at the goddess lake for salmon. And one was on the farm finishing watering plants that they forgot to plant the previous day.
Time was round 12:30-12:40 in game?

Could you please let us know what each player was doing during the festival—for example, whether everyone spoke with all the townies or participated in any minigames? Any details about the order in which each activity was done would be a huge help for us in investigating this further, thank you

We had spoken to all townies, and everyone had done the mini game at least once most of us managing second place. We had all done the race at least once before turning in our respective items to the cook pot. (Salmon from the lake).
The rest of the time we were running around saying hi to everyone, and I think someone pointed out that Emma and Dippa were still in their places in town rather than at the festival.

Did everyone turn in a salmon and could you remember the quality of each salmon?

Just ordinary quality, and yes we all turned one in.

One more thing, could you please recall whether everyone participated in the minigame at the same time, or if it was done in a particular order? Any details you remember would be a big help for us in understanding the situation better

I think three of us did the mini game at the same time, while someone else was at the shop? I'm sorry, I don't remember that detail.
