Sloshing sound

Hello, sorry if this has already been asked, I couldn't find an existing post about it. I am in Year 2, it's Fall 15. On Fall 14 I started hearing this 'sloshing' sound, like water, on my farm (right from 6am). I first thought it was just the waterfall in the top right corner being a bit too active, but I can hear it everywhere , and not just on the farm. It follows me everywhere I go on the map. Anyone else had this? What on earth is it? It's unplayable like this :/
