Repro Rate: has happened twice now randomly

Input Mode: keyboard and mouse
Crash log: did not provide any crash log/code. No save file as only started playing 5 min in 🙁

in game date is summer monday 15 - crash occured at my house and then at sams general store
I don't have a video sorry 🙁
The game basically just freezes up, then is frozen for a minute, then the game closes entirely

helping answer, we don't know yet, this random crash didn't happened during our testing or during external QA testing. what we're trying to do is isolating the cause of the issue, if it's because the AWS down or there's actual issue in the game.

the AWS down is not something we can fix, it's a global issue. so we don't know yet if AWS issue fixed = your game won't crash as right now, there's too many variable that it's hard for us to pinpoint what is the cause

Could you please share what you were doing throughout Day 3 (aside from cutting down trees) so we can try to reproduce the issue on our end?

I ended up having to force the game closed through task manager sorry guys - I dont think its produced a crash report as a result. It was frozen for a very long time and I wasnt able to access my pc as a result
