I'm trying to give cho oyu the osmium crops and essence but she stuck in the back of her room and has been for two in game weeks. Ive restarted the day and also restarted the game to no avail.

9am first then left it til 10, then 2pm. She hasn't moved at all.

I have found a way around it.
If you wait til she's at the counter in the Oracle chamber, you can hand her the items then the cutscene happens.

That’s correct — if you have a low relationship level with Cho Oyu, you’ll need to wait until she moves to the counter before handing over the quest items. Hope this helps! laugh2
