Are the six underwater decorations (Coral Fence, Kelp Fence, Reef Fence, Coral Gate, Kelp Arch, Reef Arch) needed to complete DIY Expert? I bought all of them from the merfolk decor stall but it did not give me the recipes, and I can't seem to figure out how to get them.

Yes, they are needed. Once you buy them, you SHOULD be able to craft them. Do they not show in your crafting page?

They don't show in my crafting page, no. But I'm on a multiplayer game and not the host, and my host unlocked them through buying but not me. Perhaps a bug?
