Baby different color?

So I got my first baby boy in fall 10 year 3 he was brown skin cuz I married Rafael. I got the upgrade on my ps5 n suddenly my baby is white n has a new cloth on him? His profile under family still brown but when I talk to him it shows white? Am I going crazy or something?? The third pic was when he was borned n before the upgrade!

Yes! I am on PC, and my wife is playing on PS5! We both have updated to the most recent hotfix for 1.2

Just to confirm — are you playing on PC through Steam?

If yes, could you please share your SaveGames folder in a zip file here?
You can find it by opening File Explorer and copy-pasting this path:

I'm having the same issue with Raj and I's babies!
I'm playing single player on Steam PC, version 1.2-1241

Same as well. Both our babies are still brown in their character pages, but white when interacting.

Photos of babies in Relationship tab remain their original race, but when interacting with the babies, they appear as white.

I also got this issue in multiplayer. Both myself and my host see the wrong sprites. (Married Surya, 2 babies, correct sprites on the relationship tab).

Rejoining the session on my end did not change it back to the correct sprite. The host restarting the session did not change it back to the correct sprite.

I am the guest on a 2-player multiplayer save, my host is not on the discord. We both play on Steam on the PC.

Honestly, I'm kinda glad I'm not the only one whose baby turned white 😆 I'm playing multiplayer with my sister and she just started laughing when I exclaimed that my baby turned white. She didn't understand what I meant.

No issues last night but, on loading up today, my character's baby with Noah suddenly changed color. Restarting didn't change it. Also, the interaction sounds for petting pets and talking weren't working as usual. And the dialogue box had a pink heart near the partner character's name. Thanks! I'm having the same issue on PC with controller. Surya and I suddenly have two white babies. Restarting the game doesn't fix it.

It's also happening on Xbox. 😵‍💫 Married to Luke, and then suddenly our baby doesn't look like him anymore. As if the baby is suddenly a shapeshifter 👀 😆 I'll type up a proper report as soon as I am able. 🙂 Thank you for your time in looking into this. 😊

I'd totally believe it if someone said Scott swapped his own babies with yours as a "prank"

He just wants our attention, lol. Jealous we aren't hanging out with him anymore. Even though I'm married to Raf, at festivals Scott says how good I look and asks to dance.

I do think it's sweet that Rafael still holds and takes care of the blond babies😭 like "She's my wife and this is my family Scott."

Just realized it's happening to me as well....I'm married to Theo...my kids have blond hair when I interact with them and their portrait showing. However, on the relationship tab they are still normal with dark hair. I'm Xbox on PC.

The good news is that we already have a fix prepared, and it’s currently going through QA testing to make sure everything works as expected before we release it.
