Finished the quest where you bring semeru, denali and the princess to the surface and I left the Inn as a mermaid. Teleporting once fixes it, but wanted to report this glitch.
Playing on PC, singleplayer, steam.

known bug, going back underwater and back on land should fix it. Don't go into barn or coop while in merforlk form or the game will crash.
