As you can see in the images I've provided, I'm at the 10m mark, pretty sure this is where the player was first discovered by the mermaids, I'm on the 23rd which is within the time frame in Fall for the quest, and my quest just says to go to the meeting spot. I've moved around to try and trigger the cutscene but nothing is happening.
Is this a bug or am I just being dumb and not in the right spot?

Just go to the spot of the first site or reset your anchor and go down.

Tried resetting the anchor at the same spot and that didn't work
