I have enough hearts with Rafael. I have seen the cut scene. Relationship Tab still says I need to see the cut-scene, but it's not happening again. I have restarted the game several times. It's been happening for several weeks. I have not seen a similar bug posted anywhere. HELP

Second, as relationship panel shows 'gift locket' is locked. Before that you need to see a hangout event. Hangout event and heart events are different, to see hangout event you need to ask Rafael to hangout. After that you'll be able to give him a locket
