I'm sure I've met everyone in the game, yet this shows up and there are two rooms I can't enter but only Semeru is present inside the building.

What's going on?
Bug? Future Content (like the sewer entrance)?

sewer entrance is doubt is future content just flavor stuff. and check ur npcs in the journal and cross reference it with coral.guide
