Title: MP menu is inaccessible and always shows connection failed error even though I'm playing online via Ethernet connection (tried both public and private)
Reproduction Steps: Loading into the game trying to access MP to join or host a game but it comes up with the same error.
Repro Rate: Every single time I try closing and reopening the game, even after uninstalling/reinstalling the game, uninstalling/reinstalling steam, restarting the game, steam, my computer, etc.
