I was able to access Eleanor and Sunny's house after 8pm on Oliver's birthday and when i walked into E&S's bedroom with just E there, I got a cutscene with Walter.
i took a screenshot but no idea where it went. Let me know if there is anything else i can help.
Reproduction steps /rate: it was a cutscene that was Oliver's birthday.

Could you please share your save file and backup so we can take a look?
You can copy and paste this path into your Windows Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved
Then, compress the SaveGames folder into a ZIP file and send it here. Thanks! 🙂
