flat quarry
So... I'm not sure if this is an issue or not but this NPC talks about her shop but I can't find it.
I believe it's supposed to be the boat but I can't find the trigger.
I remember seeing it once close to the beginning of the game but never again.
She's still there talking about it does it should be there.
Apparently the other sales boat (the black market) is also bugged.
